A twelve-week 1:1 coaching Container

This container is designed for men who want more personal attention and are ready to dive in to do the work necessary to up-level and transform their lives and relationships.
Individual Coaching Offering
As part of this container, you will have 10 1-hour sessions that can be used anytime throughout the 12 weeks.
Throughout our 12-week container, you will receive ongoing support through voice messaging and emails for guidance and progress updates.
We will work together to help you get clarity on your goals- professionally, personally, and in your relationship.
I will help you identify roadblocks and traps that have kept you stuck feeling like a passenger in your life.
Together, we will help you develop practices that allow you to take back control over your life and create real movement and progress toward maximizing your time and life.
I will help hold you accountable for your progress and movement.
Fortitude Retreat
As part of your investment, you will be able to attend my intimate 15 men in-person retreat, Fortitude, in October 2024 (10.4-10.6) or February 2025 (1.31-2.2.2025). This retreat is usually offered at $2,500.
